Whiskey Skirt Steak
1 shot glassof whiskey
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon brown sugar
a pinch of pepper
a generous squeeze from a fresh lime
1. In a bowl mix combine ingredients and mix with wire whisk
2. Spread it on top of generous portion of skirt steak.
3. Grill until crystallized and sizzling.
Enjoy with fresh potato salad made with red potatoes and drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil (no mayo) and the rest of that juicy lime you used in your marinade. Drink down with organic green iced tea with fresh mint sprigs. And for dessert fresh fruit with lime sorbet!
